Introduction: Electracy by Ulmer

What’s this word “electracy?” I have never seen it in my life, and after reading Ulmer’s Introduction, I’m not sure I have it down completely.

From my interpretation, here’s what I got. Electracy is something inherent and necessary that helps us understand digital media. There is no purpose for digital media unless electracy exists to help us break it down.
